The Lisbon Congress Centre – CCL is the largest Congress Centre in Portugal with a total area of 29.000sqm. It stands out for the quality of its premises and services.
It is a functional and multi-purpose facility, equipped with 8 Auditoriums, 5 Pavilions, 33 Meeting Rooms, a Restaurant with stunning river views and two car parks.

The Congress center is located close to the river Tagus and the historical and cultural heritage of Belém.

The Belém district lies along the banks of the Tagus Estuary to the west of Lisbon. This pretty district is the setting for many of the Lisbon’s most iconic tourist attractions, including the Mosteiro dos Jeronimos, Torre de Belél and the Padrao dos Sescobrimentos.

The Lisbon Congress Centre is a 25-minute taxi-ride from Lisbon Portela Airport.

Lisbon airport, also known as Lisbon Humberto Delgado or Portela Airport is the main international gateway to Portugal. Being one of the largest airports in Southern Europe. It serves multiple destinations around the world, from short-haul travel to other European countries, to longer-haul travel to other continents.

The Lisbon Airport has a Metro (subway) station with a direct line to the city centre. The « Aeroport – Saldanha » line takes you to downtown Lisbon in about 20 minutes.

You can also find a taxi at the airport, normally queueing outside the departures and arrivals terminals. As the city centre is very close by, taxis are a rather affordable transportation option. Depending on traffic, the journey to the city center is quick, costing less than 20 euros.

For those driving to the venue, the Lisbon Congress Center has two car parks, with a total capacity of 1 100 spaces. These car parks adapt their business hours to the events and there are several payment options. There is an hourly rate and a daily rate for congress participants and exhibitors, with no entry or exit restrictions.

BY TAXI

Transfer from the airport to the venue by taxi takes approximately 25 minutes, depending on the traffic. Taxis are available in front of the airport building. The estimated travel cost from the airport to the venue should be under EUR 20, assuming daytime travel under regular traffic conditions.

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

You can reach the city centre by taking one of the buses or trams which leaves Lisbon airport or train stations.

The closest bus stop to the congress centre is Rua Junqueira (Centro Congressos). Bus 20, 714, 727, 732, 751, 756 and tram 15E, 18E stop here.

You should buy a green VIVA Viagem card for 0.50 EUR at the airport or at ticket vending machines and ticket offices to purchase your tickets in advance (the tickets will be loaded on your card). The green card is valid on all public transport in Lisbon. It is also possible to buy your tickets on board (more expensive and to pay by cash only).
