Own Stand Builders
Those Exhibitors constructing their own stand will need to submit their full stand design for approval by the Lyon Congress Centre and their security team.
The deadline to submit these design is Friday 1 July 2022. Submit your design to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Additional services, such as elecrical connections, can be ordered from StandOUT using the form above.
General Design Guidelines:
- The maximum build height is 3.5m
- Electricy is provided overhead, and we will be able to confirm supply to specific areas of the stand once your design is submitted.
Stand Construction Times:
Saturday 8 October – 08:00 – 24:00
Sunday 9 October – 08:00 – 15:00
Stand Dressing Times:
Sunday 9 October – 15:00 – 17:00
Monday 10 October – 10:00 – 11:00
Stand Dismantling Times:
Thursday 13 October – 15:00 – 24:00 (The hall not be accessible after this time)
Please note – all times are subject to change at this early stage. All items left in the hall after 24:00 will be deemed as waste and disposed of by the Congress Centre at your own cost. Please ensure all shipments are collected prior to 24:00, this can be arranged with EFM Logistics.
